On October 26, 2023, this court denied appellant's NRAP 12A notice and request for remand, noting that appellant had failed to attach the requisite certification by the district court. Appellant has now filed an NRAP 12A amended notice and request for remand and attached a district court order dated May 18, 2023. The district court's order does not, however, state either that it would grant a motion or that such a motion raises a substantial issue. Instead, the order purports to grant relief as to subjects that are pending on appeal, in excess of the district court's jurisdiction. For this reason, this court previously vacated the district court's May 18, 2023, order. Accordingly, appellant's NRAP 12A amended notice and request for remand is denied.
