The motion is opposed, and Martyn has filed a reply. Because of the different procedural postures of the appeals, consolidation of all 4 appeals at this point is not practical. Accordingly, the motion to consolidate all 4 appeals is denied. Nevertheless, Docket Nos. 85541 and 85596 shall be consolidated for all appellate purposes and shall be clustered with Docket Nos. 85193 and 85247 for the purpose of resolution to ensure that they are resolved in a consistent and efficient manner. The briefing schedule for Docket Nos. 85193 and 85247 shall remain as currently set. The briefing schedule for Docket Nos. 85541 and 85596 is modified as follows. Appellant and respondent Marilyn Martyn shall have until March 15, 2023, to file and serve the opening brief and appendix. Respondents and appellants Russell Nevins, M.D.; R.
