Appellant has filed a pro se objection to the appearance of Deputy Attorney General Brooke Georguson, and a motion for transmission of the complete district court record on the basis that the district court only served him with pages 84 and 85 of the 85-page record on appeal. Respondents have filed a motion for limited remand due to an error concerning the attachment of the wrong documents to their response to appellant's petition for writ of habeas corpus in the district court and their desire to correct the error. This court construes appellant's objection to Ms. Georguson's appearance as a motion to disqualify respondents' counsel. This court finds no grounds for Ms. Georguson's disqualification. Therefore, the motion is denied. Further, the district court properly transmitted the 85-page record on appeal to this court. Thus, appellant's motion for transmission of the complete district court record is denied as moot. To the extent respondents seek to correct or modify the district court record, that relief must be sought in the district court pursuant to NRAP 10(c). No remand is necessary to proceed under this rule. If the district court is inclined to reconsider this matter in light of any corrections to the record made below, the parties must follow the procedure contemplated in NRAP 12A.
