Ms. Handwerker-Lamaster shall have 30 days from the date of this order to either retain new counsel and cause new counsel to enter a notice of appearance in this court or to inform this court that she will not be retaining counsel and will be proceeding on appeal pro se. Appellant has filed a motion to remove this case from the settlement program. The unopposed motion is granted. The settlement proceedings are concluded.
