Motions for stay made to this court must show that the district court has denied relief or that first seeking relief in the district court was impracticable. Appellant asserts that first moving the district court for relief was impracticable because, in prior instances, the district court has not timely heard and decided its stay motions. This argument in unavailing. Accordingly, we deny appellant's motion for stay without prejudice to its ability to renew its motion if relief is sought from and denied by the district court.
