Respondents filed a limited opposition and do not oppose inclusion of documents apparently considered by the district court, but do "not contain a district court file stamp because they were filed under seal." Appellants filed a reply. To ensure that this court reviews only papers and exhibits that were filed in the district court and therefore part of the district court record, NRAP 30(c)(1) provides that all documents included in the appendix submitted to this court are file-stamped. The requirement of a file stamp is not a mere technicality; it is the means by which this court ensures that it considers only those matters appearing in the record. Therefore, despite the stipulation of respondents, appellants' motion is denied. The clerk shall strike the appendix and index filed December 17, 2025. Appellants may proceed in the district court pursuant to NRAP 10(c) to correct the record. No remand from this court is necessary to pursue a motion for relief under NRAP 10(c) in the district court. Appellants shall have 14 days from the date of this order to file an amended appendix that complies with NRAP 30(c)(1) and, if deemed necessary by appellants, an amended opening brief. fn1[Given this order, appellants' motion to file portions of the appendix under seal is denied.
