In particular, many volumes of the record lack an index, and the indices included in other volumes are not alphabetical, do not include all documents in the record, and do not indicate the volume and page number of the appendix where each document is located. The district court clerk shall have 14 days from the date of this order to file an amended master index for the record on appeal that complies with NRAP 30(c)(2).
