Appellant's first notice of appeal was filed in this court on June 13, 2024, and appellant's second notice of appeal in this matter was filed on June 27, 2024. Because neither notice of appeal was accompanied by the required proof of service of the notice of appeal, this court issued notices directing appellant to provide this court with the required proof of service. On July 30, 2024, appellant filed a third notice of appeal in this matter. This notice of appeal also lacked proof of service and this court issued a notice directing appellant to provide proof of service of the notice of appeal and cautioned that failure to comply could result in the dismissal of this appeal. On July 25, 2024, and July 30, 2024, appellant filed proof of service of the notices of appeal. These documents show that the notice of appeal was only served on the Walmart respondents. Because appellant has failed to provide proof of service of the notices of appeal, this appeal is dismissed as to respondents Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department and Bronson Security. The clerk of this court shall remove Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department and Bronson Security from the caption in this appeal. (SC)24-37211
