The clerk of this court shall file volume 3 of the appendix, received by this court on March 30, 2026, under seal. However, this court is unable to accept volumes 4 and 5. The clerk shall return, unfiled, volumes 4 and 5. Appellant shall have 7 days from the date of this order to submit volumes 4 and 5 bearing the appropriate file stamp(s). Upon receipt, the clerk of this court shall file these volumes under seal if compliant. If appellant wishes to file any volume 6 of the appendix under seal, he shall file a motion seeking leave to do so, accompanied by a copy of the proposed volume 6.
