We temporarily stay the March 6, 2015, order in Eighth Judicial District Court Case No. A627691, pending further order of this court. In their motion for stay, petitioners indicate that they will be filing a writ petition challenging the district court's March 6, 2015, order. Petitioners shall file such a petition on or before March 20, 2015, or the temporary stay will be vacated. If the writ petition is timely filed, real party in interest, on behalf of respondents, shall have until March 27, 2015, to file and serve a combined answer to the writ petition and any opposition to the motion for stay.
