Litigation Services failed to file a certificate of delivery for the transcripts of proceedings conducted on March 28, 2023, and April 10, 2023. The failure of Litigation Services to file and deliver the March 28, 2023, and April 10, 2023, transcripts and file certificates of delivery in this court warrants the conditional imposition of sanctions. Litigation Services shall pay the sum of $250 to the Supreme Court Law Library and provide this court with proof of such payment within 14 days from the date of this order. The conditional sanctions will be automatically vacated if Litigation Services, within the same time period, (1) files and delivers the March 28, 2023, and April 10, 2023, transcripts and (2) files in this court the required certificates of delivery. 01/19/2024	Order/Procedural	Filed Order Vacating Sanctions and Directing Filing of Amended Transcript Request Form. Review of the transcript request form filed by appellant reveals that it does not comply with NRAP 9(a). NRAP 9(a)(3)(C) requires an appellant to "examine the district court minutes to ascertain the name of each court reporter or recorder who recorded the proceedings for which transcripts are necessary" and address the transcript request form to that court reporter or recorder. Appellant's transcript request form is improperly addressed to Sunshine Litigation Services instead of the responsible court reporters. Litigation Services is admonished for failing to comply with this court's orders. This failure has needlessly delayed the processing of this appeal and wasted this court's limited resources. Nevertheless, given the improper transcript request form, this court orders as follows. The conditional sanctions imposed on December 1, 2023, against Litigation Services are vacated. Appellant shall have 7 days from the date of this order to serve and file, in the district court, amended transcript request forms regarding the March 28, 2023, and April 10, 2023, proceedings addressed to the responsible court reporters. ).
