04/25/2024Order/ProceduralFiled Order. The Nevada Supreme Court previously entered an order deferring ruling on respondent's motion to strike certain portions of appellant's appendix to allow appellant to file a motion for relief under NRAP 10(c) in the district court. Appellant has now filed a notice informing this court that the motion was filed in the district court and a request to submit was filed on March 11, 2024, but no order regarding the motion has been entered. Under these circumstances, appellant shall have 30 days from the date of this order to file an amended appendix containing file-stamped copies of the documents at issue in the motion to strike or otherwise inform this court of the status of the district court proceedings. If appellant fails to timely comply with this order, the motion to strike may be granted. (COA)24-14418

07/26/2024Order/DispositionalFiled Order of Affirmance. "ORDER the judgment of Conviction AFFIRMED." fn4 [The State moved to strike portions of Bolder's appendix because the documents were not part of the trial record below. Bolder withdrew his objection to the State's motion, and Bolder's amended appendix appears to cure the deficiencies identified in the State's motion to strike. Accordingly, we direct the clerk of the court to strike Bolder's original appendix filed on January 8, 2024. In taking this matter under consideration, the court relied upon Bolder's amended appendix filed on May 3, 2024.] COA-MG/BB/DW. (COA)24-26113
