On October 23, 2018, this court entered an order granting a motion to withdraw as counsel of record for appellants/cross-respondents. Our order directed appellants to retain new counsel and cause new counsel to file a notice of appearance with this court within 30 days. As of the date of this order, appellants have not responded to this court's order. Accordingly, we remove this appeal from the settlement program and reinstate all applicable deadlines. We direct the clerk of this court to provide appellant Fred Nassiri with instructions and notice regarding deadlines applicable to pro se cases. Finally, we note that no statute or court rule authorizes an entity to represent itself or to be represented by a nonlawyer in this court.
