On October 28, 2022, appellants filed a motion for stay of post-trial orders denying in part motions to seal and redact trial exhibits and transcripts. District court recognized a 30-day stay under NRCP 62(a), until November 14, 2022, so that appellants could seek a stay from this court. On November 3, 2022, respondents sought and were granted a telephonic extension, giving them until November 18 to file a response to the stay motion. Appellants then filed an emergency motion seeking an interim stay pending this court's resolution of the October 28 stay motion. Although respondents today submitted their opposition to the stay motion, a temporary stay of the subject district court orders is hereby granted pending the completion of briefing on the stay motion and further order of this court.
