Appellants shall have 30 days from the date of this order to file a writ petition in the United States Supreme Court. Thereafter, the stay of the remittitur will continue on the condition that the writ is filed and appellants post a supersedeas bond in the sum of $23 million within 30 days of written confirmation from the clerk of the United States Supreme Court to this court that the writ petition has been filed.
